Rustic Tomato bacon tart

  1. Press the pie crust into a 9" tart pan, line the ban with dry beans or pie weighs and bake in a preheated 375 oven for 7-10 minutes

  2. meanwhile, slice the tomatoes and beat eggs in a separate bowl, add the cream and seasonings to the eggs

  3. Line prefaced tart shell with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese, arrange tomato slices and bacon on top

  4. Gently pour egg mixture over and top with crumbled bacon and more cheese

  5. Bake in preheated oven until set- 25-30 minute
