Ingredients
  • 1 cup Rios Merlot
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 rosemary
  • 1/4 pepper
  • 1 sugar
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until liquid has reduced to 1/2 cup
  2. Drizzle over stuffed endive.
  3. Also great with beef.
