  • 2-21/2 powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 butter
  1. Im a microvave heat cream and butter until butter is melted
  2. Gradually add the butter and cream mixture to the powdered sugar until a dough is formed.
  3. *you may not need all of the cream mixture!*
  4. Divide into individual sections and tint as desired (1 drop for pastel colors)
  5. Roll out to 1/4" thickness and spread with smooth peanut (or almond) butter
  6. Roll up into a log
  7. Slice into 1/3" thick pinwheels
