Mahon Cheese and starfruit with lemon pepper oil

  • 1 cup Mahon cheese (diced)
  • 3 small starfruit (sliced and seeded)
  • 3 lemon infused extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  1. Arrange alternating cheese and starfruit on skewers or toothpicks; drizzle with oil and sprinkle with pepper.
  2. Best served at room temperature.
