Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Using a 2" round cookie cutter, cut rounds in pie crust
  2. place each round in the bottom of a greased muffin tin
  3. pierce gently with a fork
  4. Bake in a preheated 375 oven for 8-12 minutes
  5. Allow to cool before filling with lemon curd and topping with blueberries
