key lime topping for sugar cookie crust
Ingredients
- 2 chopped white chocolate
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons key lime juice
- 8 pre baked triangle shaped cookies *see cut out cookie recipe
Instructions
Gently heat the cream over medium heat until small bubbles appear around the edge of the pan, and pour over the chopped chocolate.
Allow to sit 2-3 minutes and stir until smooth
Add the key lime juice
Allow to cool to spreading consistancy, and spread onto eace cookie slice
Decorate further with cookie icing and lime zest if desired.
