homemade tortillas

  • 2 corn masa flour *I used TORTI MASA
  • 1 1/2 water
  1. Combine corn flour and water.
  2. Knead well to form a soft, smooth dough.
  3. Divide into 19 equal portions
  4. Either roll out by hand or press using a tortilla press
  5. Cook in a skillet or griddle on medium high heat for 30 seconds each side, turning three times during cooking
  6. Serve warm
