Earl Grey Mojito

2 Stash Earl Grey Tea (brewed as directed on box, sweetened to taste and cooled)
4 fresh mint
1 cup club soda or seltzer water
2 ice, lightly crushed
2 clear rum (optional*)

Instructions

Place the mint sprigs in a tall glass, add the ice, pressing and crushing down on the mint.
Add juice of 1 lime to each glass
Add tea (taste for desired sweetness before adding) *I make mine slightly sweeter than normal as it gets diluted
Leave room in glass for 1 ounce (optional)rum, and a splash of soda
Stir well and enjoy!
