coconut thai & shrimp street snacks

Ingredients
  • 1 of hot roll mix (make whole package of dough according to box directions, you will have some leftover dough for other recipes)
  • 12 cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked potatoes
  • 3 sweet peas
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut thai BLENDABELLA
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. In a bowl, mix the potatoes, peas, curry powder and BLENDABELLA
  3. Roll out dough and cut into 6" circles
  4. spread mixture onto dough and line shrimp on top
  5. fold up dough and place on a baking sheet
  6. brush with a beaten egg, and bake 20 minutes, or until golden
