coconut sweet bread with lime glaze

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Have all ingredients at room temperature.
  2. Place in bread machine in the order listed.
  3. Using dough cycle, once cycle is complete shape into loaf shape, allow to rise covered 45 minutes
  4. Preheat oven to 375F
  5. Brush top of loaf with beaten egg, and sprinkle with shredded coconut
  6. Bake 24-30 minutes
  7. For the glaze:
  8. Beat 2 tbs butter
  9. /4 cup milk
  10. cup powdered sugar
  11. tsp lime zest
  12. Pour over cooled bread
