Chocolate mousse cups



  1. In a double boiler, melt the chocolate in 1 cup of the cream over medium heat
  2. Allow to cool slightly
  3. In a stand mixer, beat the remaining whipping cream with the powdered sugar and salt until stiff peaks form
  4. Gently fold the two mixtures together, and spoon into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip
  5. Pipe into individual serving dishes.
  6. Alternately, this can be spooned into a chocolate pie crust for a mouse pie
