- 1/2 cup smooth almond butter
- 3/4 cups Allulose sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 3/4 cups almond flour
- 2 melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- For the coating
- dark chocolate (chopped fine and melted)
- In a bowl, mix together the first 7 ingredients
- Shape into balls and refrigerate 20 minutes
- Dip into melted chocolate and allow to set.
