  1. Brew tea and allow to cool to room temp.

    Stir in the chia seeds and wait 10-15 minutes. 

    Stir (mixture will begin to thicken

    Stir in yogurt and honey

    Allow to set 5-10 minutes or overnight. 

    Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
