  1. Scramble eggs over medium heat, and mix in the sausage.
  2. Place 1 tablespoon of filling in wrapper, moisten edges with water and seal
  3. Continue until all filling is used.
  4. Place in a non stick skillet with 1 TBS water over high heat
  5. Cover and steam 5-7 minutes.
  6. In a bowl, mis the maple syrup and soy sauce,
  7. serve on the side as dipping sauce.
